History
Initially founded in 2001 as Maxihost, with a focus on website hosting and email servers, the company rebranded as Latitude.sh in 20221 and started offering bare-metal GPUs in 2023. In 2025, Latitude.sh was acquired by Megaport, an Australian publicly-traded Network-as-a-Service company2, and continues to be headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
