History

Nebius Group was created in 2024, when the Dutch parent company of Russian technology company Yandex, Yandex N.V., sold its Russian assets and changed its name to Nebius Group N.V. Nebius is Nasdaq-listed and joined the Nasdaq-100 index in June 2026.
